This program is designed for the calculation of consolidation settlements and rates of settlement. Major components of this software include:

• Specification of vertical and/or radial drainage.

  NB: There is sometimes a problem with TCON converging for consolidation problems involving radial drainage (i.e. vertical drains). This problem is currently being investigated.

• Application of areal and finite loads including placement and removal of fills and changes in the water table.
• Analyses of ultimate settlements of soft clays using oedometer data.
• Specification of stress-dependent compressibilities and permeabilities.
• Graphical display of results in Java client.

• All calculated results can be saved for further analysis in a spreadsheet or other program.
• Results simultaneously calculated for multiple points located arbitrarily relative to the specified loaded areas.
• Large strains accounted for.
• Corrects for the effects of submergence.
